A Court of Appeals rejected Baia Gadabadze"s complaint and refused to change the decision n of Partners" council on dismissing the director.

According to those decision a Public Registry may register Levan Gachechiladze as a director of TV Maestro till end of legal dispute.
" The Court of Appeals rejected my complaint and the decision was taken in a very expeditious manner. t confirms government"s interference. They have double standards and discuss the cases, which are favorable for them in accelerated manner,"- said Baia Gadabadze.
