Battle for decriminalization of marijuana continues - New Political Center prepares to appeal to the Constitutional Court. Since the parliament dropped the bill on marijuana"s decriminalization , the initiators will demand to annul the paragraph in the Criminal Code, which envisages imprisonment for up to five grams of Marijuana.

Pnly three votes lacked to adopt the bill with the first hearing. 21 MPs, all of them members of Georgian Dream coalition were against the bill.

47 MPS supported the draft law prepared by the NewPoliticalCenter " Girchi".
