Former official of MIA Constitutional Security Department Giorgi Dgebuadze nicknamed Mastera was brought to Tbilisi. His extradition from the Netherlands was carried out last night.

The prosecutor"s office requested from the Netherlands Dgebuadze`s extradition to Georgia almost 2 years ago, but only a few days ago the request was satisfied.The Kurieri managed to take footage of his arrival to Tbilisi.

Mastera was placed in the prison, because the decision of the court about preventive measure was taken in absentia.

George Dgebuadze was detained in the Netherlands in June 2014 at the request of the prosecution of Georgia. He is accused of abuse of power and illegal imprisonment of people.

Dgebuadze has been wanted since 7 March 2013.
