Belgium was declared the highest level of alarm . The explosions at the Brussels Airport and metro station has been qualified as terror attack.

Reportedly, 13 people were killed at the airport, 10- in metro station. more than 40 have been injured.

The European Union cancelled all appointments. The security measures have been reinforced at the NATO headquarters.
