Ten nursery schools have been paralyzed in Tbilisi since morning. The teachers stopped working and the parents refuse to bring the children to the nursery schools. The decision was taken after principles of several nursery school were dismissed.

Teachers and parents said that if the decision is not changed, they would hold a protest rally.

The former director of kindergartenN2 has made a statement recently. Ann Gegia recalled the meeting with the head of the nursery schools` Agency about a week ago, during which he was asked to dismiss his deputy, otherwise he would have to resign.

Many other kindergartens are paralyzed . In a few days about 20 personnel dismissals took place for one and the same reason which as the City Hall claims is the audit`s conclusion on the misuse of funds .

The official reason for the dismissal is unacceptable for principles. Former directors, teachers and parents plan to go and hold protest in front of the kindergartens.
