The Court of Appeal started to review Rustavi2"s case- Will be declaired next week whether Tamaz Urtmelidze"s decision on seizure of TV Sakartvelo"s Shares will be cancelled .

The lawyers of the TV Sakartvelo named the arguments cited, which prove illegality of the court"s decision.

Tamaz Urtmelidze seized TV Sakartvelo"s shares upon Kibar Khalvashi"s request. he announced the decision when TV company Rustavi2 was expecting to receive 6 million USD as an investment.

Kibar Khalvashi"s attorney has a different position. Paata Salia said that the agreement which was the base for selling.
