Georgian authorities responded to demonstration held by displaced families living in Tserovani settlement.

According to the Minister for Internally Displaced Persons from the OccupiedTerritories, Accommodation and Refugees , there was no promise that refugees would not have to pay utility bills.

"There was no promise that any citizen of Georgia would not have to pay monthly bills for electricity, gas and water. There are no such promises ,"-Sozar Subari said.
