The Constitutional Court will consider the lawsuits of Rustavi 2 and TVSakartvelo at the same time . The claimant is asking to annule the decision received by the General Court as anti-constitutional.
The lawyers filed a suit with the Constitutional Court a few months ago. The panel of judges will hear both sides.
