Lithuania became the first EU country where the so-called Savchenko list has come into force. Persons who are related to the conviction of the Ukrainian pilot to 22 years of imprisonment are.officially forbidden to enter the country.

The list comprises a total of 46 people, including judges, prosecutors, Donetsk and Luhansk separatists.
