Tbilisi State University Student Self Government President, Shalva Sabauri responded to Prime Minister`s statement that "self-government should not exist in the ugly format in which it exists, ." Sabauri said that the common position of the students, which is fixed in the election is the most important.
"Actually, students have to decide whether the system is ugly or not.If we want to have the top down towards democracy, the students themselves have to decide what model they want. If we talk about autonomy here I do not think that the demand for change in the legislation is really a demand for autonomy, "- said Sabauri.
