GYLA responds to the information regarding transfer in ownership of a municipal-owned apartment free of charge to the judge Merab Turava .

As Young"s lawyers stated that this act is putting under question the reputation of the whole institution.

"Despite the criticism, the government has not yet developed a clear and transparent regulations, which would regulate the issue of the transfer in ownership of housing for judges", - says the Statement of the organization calling on the government for response.

The Constitutional Court has stated that "the goverment is obliged to create decent living conditions for a judge .
