The issue of transferring of the apartment in Batumi into ownership of the Constitutional Court judge, Merab Turava will be discussed in the city council today. The session may be just as noisy as the Bureau meeting yesterday.

The National Movement is against transferring of a municipally property for a symbolic price to Turava.

"After 4 years of promises, a single person who will get the apartment is Ivanishvili`s personal judge Turava," - said Giorgi Kirtadze.

Republicans and Democrats also oppose the issue.

To resolve the issue the concent of the 13 members of the City Council out of 25 is required. At this stage, nine members are against the alienation of the property.
