Court of Appeal starts consideration of Rustavi2 case

Consideration on merits of Rustavi-2 case starts in the Court of Appeal. Broadcasting company lawyers are appealing the court"s decision taken 6 months ago, according to which Rustavi 2 was given to Kibar Khalvashi .

The lawyers also appeal all the filed motions that judge Tamaz Urtmelidze turned down.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer disagrees with appeals of Rustavi2 TV .

Court session is scheduled at 10 am.
