Rustavi 2 continues its battle at the Court of Appeals. The case was discussed today. The panel which consists of three courts discusses the appeal, however the tactics have remained unchanged - to announce the decision as soon as possible and don"t take into the consideration interests of the claimant.

According to the decision of the Judges " Panel three out of four motions were denied.
Neither the Director General, nor the official representative of the TV company"s owner attended the process. The lawyers were asking for postponement, however, despite the fact that the lawyers have presented documents proving that Nika Gvaramia os abroad, Panel did not consider it appropriate to postpone the process.
