46-years old Ekatherine Petriashvili died when she was arguing with a social worker in Kakheti, the village of Velistsikhe. Reportedly she was asking for allowance  to buy medicines when the confrontation took place.

After the conflict she was taken to hospital with a stroke and died.

According to family members of Ekatherine Petriashvili, she needed 100 GEL for  treatment of liver  and the social worker was offering only  70 GEL. The Petriashvili family demands Manana Jajibukhashvili"s dismissal.

A   Governor of Kakheti  made a statement on the incident. According to Irakli Shiolashvili, the social worker should be punished.
