The Court of Appeal will continue hearing of Rustavi2 case today. Rustavi 2 and TV Sakartvelo appeals will be reviewed.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers have appealed in the court of second instance the decison of the City court according to which the company is handed over to Kibar Khalvashi and all the motions that judge Urtmelidze did not satisfy.

Kibar Khalvashi`s side has challenged that part of the claims which the City Court dismissed. In particular, copyright.for the Rustavi 2 TV logo.

The hearng in the Court of Appeal is scheduled today at 10:30 and viewers will be able to follow this process on Rustavi2 TV.
