According to NGOs,it is particularly importan that media pluralism is preserved before the election.

Transparency International - Georgia, Executive Director Eka Gigauri, says that the decision of the court should leave no question marks.

"Overall, this decision will affect the country"s reputation, this decision will be reviewed in the context of the election," - said Gigauri.
