Nika Gvaramia objected against  holding the previous session without his presence.

"The current composition of the Court is not aware which case they review. It concerns issue of democracy in the country. The court must take into account this context ", - A Director General of the Broadcasting company said.

According to him, the court choose  strange pace.

" I do not know  in which Bermuda  triangle where lost those judges, who discussed this issue before you,"- told Nika Gvaramia to the Judge.
