Panel of judges rejected Rustavi2"s request to recuse Judge Natia Gujabidze . The lawyers of Rustavi2 requested appealed with the petition to recuse one out of three judges- Natia Gujabdize. According to them she was protecting Tamaz Urtmelidze"s rights when there were questions about his verdict on Rustavi 2"s trial.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer requested the court not to satisfy the motion.
