Director general of Rustavi 2 requests recusation of one more judge- Shoreka Kavelashvili. According to him, Kavelashvili has considered his case in 2013 and acquitted him .

Rustavi2"s Director general states that it is necessary to replace Shorena Khavelashvili with a judge, who no connection with Gvaramia.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer is against the motion. He said that the opponent"s motion aims to prolong the process.
