"This is not an impartial panel of judges and that have other objectives than justice,"- said Nika Gvaramia, a Director General of Rustavi2.
The process of Rustavi2 ended at the Court of Appeals today. After the process Nika Gvaramia said that there were signs of partiality.
" Between the judges we have the one and only judge in the country and on an international scale, whose organization openly protected Tamaz Urtmelidze and his decision, aggressively referred to Rustavi-2 and privately me. Tamaz Urtmelidze himself is a member and co-founder of this organization with Natia Gujabidze. We don"t trust such judges,"-said Nika Gvaramia.
It was a test for us and the panel of judges couldn"t pass it. Therefore decisions of this panel are already wrong and unacceptable for us. The panel considers the process abnormally vigorously . The process is scheduled for May 13, which is also a very short time for this court, for which even 5 months are nor enough usually, but the case of Rustavi2 was an exception it seems,"- said Nika Gvaramia.
