Rustavi-2"s next trial at the Court of Appeal will be held on May 13. At the trial the judges did not satisfy any of the brodcaster`s motions.

Both motions were on the recusal of the judges. Including one recusal of the panel of judges which was requested by the broadcasting company`s director personally . Gvaramia said that Judge Shorena Kavelshvili issued a decison in his favour at a couple of trials .

The lawyers also raised another motion on recusal of one of the judges Natia Gujabidze. The reason for the request was explained by Rustavi 2 lawyers in detail. The lawyers emphasized the ties of Natia Gujabidze with Justice Minister . According to them, the judge Gujabidze was a group mate and a friend of Thea Tsulukiani.The information was denied by Gujabidze.

Kibar Khalvashi`s lawyer responded to the mentioning the name of the Minister of Justice. Paata Salia said he did not see any problem in the Justice Minister"s statements and appeals to the court to complete Rustavi2 case.
As for the seizure of Rustavi 2 and TV Sakartvelo propert, the term of consideraton of which was violated first by judge Urtmelidze discussion and then the Court of Appeal, t is still unknown when the decision will be taken
