29 hectares of Botanical Garden was sold at the auction for minimal price 6 326 495 GEL .

Only one subject participated in the auction, and offered price only once, finally the land was sold for the offered price.

The identity of buyer is not known. The opposition suggests that the new owner of property is Bidzina Ivanishvili.
