Krtsanisi-Shindidi road was bought by Co-investment Fund

The 29-hectare land plot along the Krtsanisi-Shindidi road was bought at the auction by Georgian Co-investment Fund`s subsidiary company.

The Head of the Co-Investment Fund board Irakli Karseladze has confirmed the information.

He spoke about it at the press conference and said that a high-class hotel will be bult in thiis area.
The 29-hectare land has been sold for 6 326 495 GEL. The auction had only one participant.
