Construction Equipment can be seen at Batumi Botanical Garden. This land, as well asthe land adjacent to Tbilisi botanical garden belongs to Bidzina Ivanishvili, and therefore is a part of a new business project.

According to the official information, it is planned to build a hotel here. The project is expected to be similar to the Panorama-Tbilisi.

Ajara National Movement representatives claim that one of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University buildings will be sacrificed for the construction Ivanishvili`s panorama.
