Tbilisi Botanical Garden - civil sector`s rallies to resume

The civil sector intends to resume protest demonstartions with regard to Botanical garden.

NGOs also intend to appeal in the appellate court the City court"s decision, according to which, the persons deatined on Saturday `s rally , including the independent MP, Alexander Elisashvili were fined by 250 GEL.

The trial of two other detainees is scheduled for tomorrow, it is still unclear when the hearing of Nata Peradze of Partizan gardeners will be held.
"Our arrest was illegal, I do not agree with the allegations," - said Nata Peradze.

A total of 6 people were arrested at Saturday`s rally , all of them were later released.
