The hearing of Rustavi2 case the will continue today in the Court of Appeal. The defenseof will present the mo appealed the station before.

The defence lawyers will address the Board with questions whether a decision on the seizure of TV Sakartvelo shares has been taken whether or not.

Also whether teh Board intends to suspend the process until the Constitutional Court issues a ruling on Rustavi 2 lawsuit.

As for the appeal, Rustavi 2 has appealed the verdict according to which Kibar Khalvashi would get 100% of shares and all the motions that judge Urtmelidze
did not satisfy.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer, Paata Salia said that they would be able to demonstrate their position at today"s hearing. Salia does not exclude the possibility that several hearings will be held before the process is completed..
