Nika Gvaramia fined for disrespect to court

Nika Gvaramia, a Director General of Rustavi2 was fined for disrespect to court during the process of Rustavi2 at the Court of Appeals.
A Director General of Rustavi 2 appealed with two motions to the judges. He asks to postpone the process, because the verdict on lien on TV company Sakartvelo is not known yet. According to Gvaramia this is hampers the party to shape the position.

A Director General of Rustavi2 requested to recuse Judge Nata Nazghaidze . As Mr. Gvaramia stated, Judge Nazgaidze restricts Rustavi2.
