Chairman of the Panel of Judges, Nata Nazghaidze satisfied Rustavi 2 lawyers solicitations and postponed the process for May 30. Rustavi 2 TV lawyers demanded to delay the trial in connection with TV Sakartvelo appeal the deadline for the consideration of which expired two months ago.

Rustavi 2 hearing in the Court of Appeal started with a stir. Nika Gvaramia, the General Director of the company , accused the Judicial Panel Chairman of partiality and requested her recusal, which was not satified.

Because of this motion, the judge fined Gvaramia with 500 lari for showing disrespect towards judge Nata Nazghaidze.

Appeal Court judges are to announce their decision on the motion at the next hearing.
