A Court of Appeal lifted seizure order from shares of TV company Sakartvelo. The decision was made this morning. TV Sakartvelo"s shares were seized by the Judge- Tamaz Urtmelidze last year.

"We believe that the Court of appeals had no legal grounds to leave this judgment in the force. This is a clear example of the illegal decisions taken against Rustavi 2 and its owners,"- said Tamta Muradashvili, Rustavi2"s lawyer.
Lawyers of Rustavi2 and TV Sakartvelo were waiting for the decision for 8 months.
