Russian Foreign Ministry made another announcement on Giga Otkhozoria;s murder. According to Maria Zakharova,a representative of the Ministry, the Conflict was formed on the Abkhaz controlled territory and was not linked to Russian side.
" We welcome restoration of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism meetings format. We think that under the circumstances, when there is no demarcation of borders between Georgia and neighboring states. such mechanism allows to avoid incidents and, if still something happens, the investigation should be carried out immediately. As about this particular incident, as far as we know, a conflict arose in the zone of responsibility of Abkhazian border guards and Russian side is not linked to it,"-said Marioa Zakharova.
