Demonstration in Tbilisi – protesters had coffee near the building of Ministry of Culture

Rescue Committee of Sakdrisi protested in front of the Ministry of Culture. The organizers say that the protest was against the activities of the Ministry. Reportedly 10 000 GEL was spent on Coffee from the budget of the Ministry in 2013.

The director of the Centre of Entrepreneurs Free Help stated that more than 35 thousand GEL was spent on the Alcoholic drinks.

The demonstrators say that Ministry has lots of unrealized projects so they"d better take care of them.

The Minister of Culture commented on the demonstration and underlined that after the appointment he visits the regions of Georgia every day and the purpose of the protest for him is unaccaptable.
