The civil sector continues to observe Rustavi 2 case. They believe that if the process is not conducted in a transparent way and the questions about the objectivity of the Court are still raised, it is possible that it will negatively affect the media environment and the electoral process.

They suspect that the case is politically motivated and biased. NGOs do not exclude that the first instance decision still remains in force.
