The hearing of Rustavi2 case will continue today in the Court of Appeal. The process will start with consideration of the appeal filed by the company`s lawyers .

One of the first will be to withdraw from the case the expert evidence in connection with Kibar Khalvashi`s value of shares in the company.

Lawyers also require the involvement of a third person, from whom the station`s current owners, the Karamanishvili brothersbought the station"s shares years ago .

After that the hearing of the main appeal will start which is contesting the decision of November 3, according to which, the Rustavi 2 TV"s 100 percent of shares was given by the first instance court to Kibar Khalvashi.
