A Court of Appeals has started a hearing of the Case of Rustavi2. A sitting will start with discussion of the Appeal within the challenged decision.

One of the first requests will be to remove an expert report on the Broadcasting Company"s shares from the Case. The value of Kibar Khalvashi"s shares in Rustavi2 is estimated by the Samkharauli Bureau .

Since the legislation prohibits the live broadcasts of the trial, Rustavi2 will broadcast it throughout the day with a slight delay.
