A hearing of Rustavi2"s case is underway at the Court of Appeals. Georgian politicians are attending the process. Non-parliamentary opposition states that the process has been politicized and focuses on the government"s interests.

A Chairman of Civil Alliance for Freedom claims that the Court of Appeals represents a side .
