Nika Gvaramia, a Director General of Rustavi2 made a scandalous statement at the hearing . According him, there are evidences there was a pressure on the panel of judges. Nika Garamia appealed with a motion to recuse the judges.

According to a Director General of Rustavi2 one of the judges which was a member of the previous panel , revealed the information to the priest that there was a pressure and the verdict has already been written at the Ministry of Justice, with the participation of Minister Tsulukiani.

Gvaramia said that if the investigation will be interested in the fact, he will provide the information and assist with sources, from whom he already has a permission.

The judges said that the party should submit relevant evidences.
