The Court of Appeal is preparing to issue a ruling on "Rustavi 2" case in rapid regime. It is possible that the panel will announce the decision on Rustavi2 case without giving the broadcasting company"s lawyers even one day for forming their positions.

The next court session is scheduled for omorrow morning, which clearly indicates that taking into account the positions of the Rustavi 2 is not included in the plans of the Court of Appeal.

None of the motions that the defense has filed were satisfied including the demand to add evidence and the involvement of third parties.

The Rustavi 2 Director General named the specific facts of putting pressure on the previous composition of judges and requested to question the witnesses; however, this fact was ignored by the court.

Now the main task of the Panel is to announce political decision of the authorities as soon as possible
