A Court of Appeals is accused of speeding up the process. The Panel of Judges has refused several times the request, to postpone the hearing . One of the representatives of TV Sakartvelo mentioned that they have scheduled proceedings for today however Nata Nazghaidze"s panel explained that May31 was busy in their schedule and other hearings couldn"t be held.

The following information is confirmed by the secretariat. Reportedly hearings were postponed due to incomplete composition of panel of judges.
