A hearing of Rustavi2"s Case is still underway at the Court of Appeals. Due to the Judge- Nata Nazghaidze"s unilateral decision to continence the session today, hindered work of the Court of Appeals.
According to official reports, eleven hearings have been postponed. The reason is busy schedule of judges- MNata Nazghaidze, Natia Gujabidze and Ketevan Meskhishvili, who attend hearing of Rustavi2"s case.
Nata Nazghaidze decided yesterday to appoint a hearing for today without agreement with the sides and her colleague judges.
