Young Lawyers" Association considers that the criminal investigation should be launched on the possible pressure on the court. According to Nika Gvaramia, one of the panel Judges informed a priest on pressure from government.

Nika Gvaramia states that the current Chairman of the panel of Judges- Nata Nazgvaidze was also between those judges, who could be pressured.

A fact that members of the panel of judges had changed for several times also raises doubts in regard to the Judges" objectivity.

Eliso Kiladze, an editor of the newspaper- Chronika plus stated that before the last hearing Eka Beselia has visited Tea Tsulukiani at the Ministry of Judges. Eka Beselia confirms the information, however states that the source is not reliable.

Eliso kiladze claimedt that Natia Gujabidze visited the State Chancellery a day before the hearing.
