A hearing on Rustavi2"s case to start at the court of Appeals - lawyers expect that Judge Natia Gujabidze will announce on self-accusation.

Gujabidze has not commented on the allegations of embezzlement of public funds till now.

If the judge will not make such decision herself, lawyers will appeal with the motion to recuse her.

Paata Salia, kibar Kalvashi"s lawyer says that there is no basis for recusal.
