Rustavi 2 trial will resume on June 7 at 10:00 a.m. This was announced a few minutes ago at the end of the hearing. Prior to that lawyer Paata Salia presented the appeal. Paata Salia and Zaza Bibilashvili argued during the session. The trial was carried out without Rustavi 2 lawyers whom the judges fined and expelled from the courtroom . The court panel expelled from the hall half of the audience.

At the beginning of the trial, Nika Gvaramia was not allowed to enter the session hall. Judge Natia Gujabidze refused to recuse herself. Judges also refused to postpone the hearing even though the meeting was not attended by the Rustavi 2 lawyers.
