Despite recent reforms in Georgia, the protection of rights of people with psychosocial needs is still a problem.

The study prepared by the Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center and the Open Society Georgia will be presented to the public today.

According to them, the ability model developed in the result of reform is not implemented properly, which is why not all of the persons with psychosocial needs can participate in elections and find employment in public service.
