According to Nika Gvaramia, the side has deliberately removed the appeal with the aim not to let him and Rustavi2"s lawyers to attend a hearing.

" This is a common decision, orchestrated from one center and of course I don"t mean judiciary. This is not even an imitation of judiciary and due to these developments the most important achievement- visa liberalization may be deprived from us,"- Nika Gvaramia said.
