Rustavi2 lawyers openly expressed dissatisfaction with ongoing process in the Court of Appeal.

The Court of Appeal ended the consideration of Rustavi2 case so that the court has not listened to the parties dispute and remarks.

"The Court of Appeal exceeded Urtmelidze`s insolence and lawlessness. Today we not only do not have an independent judiciary, today we have no judiciary at all. It was a crime, and it has nothing to do with justice. We will not surrender and will fight to the end, "- said Zaza Bibileishvili.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer, Paata Salia, does not share Rustavi 2`s lawyers dissatisfaction.

According to him,the judges today"s decision was not a surprise, because the Court of Appeal did not take into account remarks and debates.
