The civil sector will prepare a separate report on violations of law at Rustavi 2 trial proceedings and on media freedom in the pre-election period. The third sector will send the report to the European structures. The media and political experts also speak about political aspect of the case.
"We, of course, will not be limited by assessment of only the legal situation, we will look at the problem in a broader contextre looking at the whole context and the fact that all these is going on in the pre-election period," - said the Transparency International - Georgia Executive Director Eka Gigauri.
Paata Burchuladze`s legal adviser, David Jandieri said that this panel will not render a decision on an equitable basis.
Political expert , Vano Machavariani said that the society should be actively involved in this process.
"The court"s decision clearly depends on Ivanishvili and the readiness of the concrete people . Society must be very actively involved in these processes, "- he stated.
