Merab Turava, a judge of the Constitutional Court has appealed to plenum with request to review Rustavi2"s constitutional claims.
He states that his mediation is caused due to importance of the case. According to Merab Turava, Rustavi2"s appeal a few articles of the civil code were examined and the decision should be taken by 9 judges,cause their decision will be a kind of guide for the general Court.

" I have not appealed earlier, but now when we have other appeals to, I think that this case should be ranked as especially important. The new law gives an opportunity to do it,"- Merab Turava said.

On the question, whether this question is linked to the Court of Appeals" he answered that this opinion is not true.
