Nika Gvaramia held a special briefing at Rustavi2 a few minutes ago. He commented on the documents, obtained by the broadcasting company. According to the document, the Judge Shorena Khavelashvili was not authorized to examine civil disputes.

" Our case which was qualified as difficult and complected legal dispute by the Court of Appeals itself, was examined by the judge, who is not qualified in direction of civil or general qualifications.
This judge did not ask even a single question to parties, has not stated anything at the hearing. We have a doubt that this judge was sent from Criminal Chamber because they needed the third judge who would fulfill an assignment,"- said Nika Gvaramia.

Nika Gvaramia responded to the Court of Appeals" announcement as well and stated that it is unfounded and totally unqualified.
