Tamaz Elizbarashvili and the organization Constitution Article 42 deem the authorities responsible for the tragic outcome of June 13 flood.

According to Elizbarashvil, had the appropriate measures been implemented, there would have been no victims. He also believes that the tragedy in Svanidze street maty repeat.

" Six huge mountains from alongside the Svanidze streeet to the village of Tsvera are about to collapse. If this continues, this big mountain will collapse and the disaster will repeat," - says Elizbarashvili.

The representatives of the organization Constitution Article 42 talks about inactivity of teh goverment and lack of the responsible agencies. They will present the interim report regarding June 13 events.
